Dr. Matthias Huber concluded his studies at the Technical University of Aachen, Germany with the Degree Diploma-Engineer. He then studied lighting technologies at the Technical University of Berlin and took his Doctorate Degree on lighting sciences.

During the past more than 20 years he was occupied with leading sales- and marketing functions for globally acting corporations amoung them manufacturers as well as distributors:

Over the last 10 years Dr. Matthias Huber acted as managing director of WICKMANN-Werke GmbH and acquired skills in general management issues in running subsidiary companies in Asia, Europe and USA.
